> I’m not sure who to direct this to. I’ve just biked home via Fisher Avenue and very nearly collided with a child trick or treating for Halloween. There are so many children that it is incredibly dangerous - children walking across the road, not looking etc. Fisher Ave is such a popular street for Trick or Treating that I think Road controls are needed each 31 October to avoid an accident / injury.
