> Verge outside of 314 Greers Rd Chch, is overgrown. Four households put out bins on this verge. One woman is awaiting a knee operation. Getting difficult, especially for her, to move bins into position. Tenants at 314 Greers Rd not up to mowing verge on a regular basis. Ongoing problem. Thanks.
