> This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Oct 29, 2018. There seems to be some graffiti (which is new) on the road that is park terrace turning into governors bay road on the corner overlooking cass bay beach. I didn’t take all the photos of it but I’ve attached 3 for now.
