> Recent repair on road completed. A pot hole appeared. This has been filled. However, this is not to council specification as the aspahlt is under 2 years old. The patch should have been pulled up, and the whole area was reashpalted, not just a patch on a patch. It hasnt even been cut. What is the intention for this to be rectified? Please advise
