> In the two hours or so I was here, I witnessed multiple cars turn up and park diagonally within the cultivated area. This is a no parking signed area. They were also parking in the traffic lane and the shared path, because diagonal. A different person called warden who did attend and they were asked to move on. This has resulted in substantial damage to the cultivated area. People appear to have filled in the gaps in the garden to make it easier to park in with wooden planks.
