> Our lawns are disgusting. Since the council has taken over the lawn mowing is very infrequent and is of a very poor standard. Our community prides itself on looking after the reserves. We prune roses, trim bushes and trees etc. we leave this in a pile and snap you to pick it up. There has been rubbish sitting there for months now. The Garden City has well and truely gone. It is so disappointing to see our reserve and greater Christchurch looking so scruffy.
