> The small lake is very overgrown, and all the gardens are being overtaken by ryegrass and weeds. One area has a deadly nightshade growing behind the small lake. A neighbour cleared the alleyway that was so overgrown it was climbing the fence. I pay $5800 in rates a year. The gardens should be maintained.
