> Cycle Lane Blocked Circuit Asphalt have parked a truck outside CBHS, and have “kindly” marked where it impinges onto the northbound cycle lane with cones. Unfortunately, the cones now mean it is impossible to stay in the cycle lane whilst passing the truck, forcing cyclists into the general traffic lane - without any advance warning for motorists.
