> This corner, started off as a nicely mulched area with a few feature plants. It is now an abandoned area with metre tall grasses and noxious weeds. Other similar areas within this reserve have the same issue. Utter disgrace that our rates have gone sky high yet our local environment has been abandoned to do what it will. Disgusting.
