> Parks contractor ( historically) dumped a lot of bark chips onto previously mown and tended to area. They have now moved to slide upto and onto my property fence and weeds are growing where once was cut grass. Can the chips be removed and the area returned to grass. At a minimum please remove the chips so they do not contribute to my fence rotting. Thanks
