> Sewer pipe rose in earthquakes causing a large hump in road in front of 8-12 Dulles Pl. Recently work was done on the water main, fully closing sections of the road, but you didn’t take the opportunity to also fix the road. The workers clearly thought it was dumb having to rebuild the hump during reinstatement. The gutter also has a low spot in front of 10 Dulles Pl so doesn’t fully drain to the storm grate between 6 and 8. The hump has cracks growing grass and the road is degrading next to it.
