> It appears a developer(?) has created a fence blocking access to Redwood Springs from the newly created Harakeke Estates subdivision. The fence runs all the way to Puharakekenui/Styx River. Access to this area is via Cunliffe Road (sorry I don’t have the name of the newly created lane that runs in the north direction toward Puharakekenui/Styx River. Can access please be reinstated.
