> This vehicle had been left outside the Waipara Street park. As you can see from the first photo it has jiggered bits protruding from it that pose a danger to the public. It appears also that it is not warrantable although it has a current reg (until 8/12/23). Can you please ensure the public are safe from this hazard? Thank you
