> Car parked in disabled park. No mobility pass displayed. Male driver sitting in drivers seat. When asked why he was parked in disabled park with no pass displayed, I was told ‘it’s not his fault he is crippled and he has a pass, it’s just not displayed.’. Female passenger then exited Fendalton New World and got into passenger seat. She did not appear physically disabled in any way. Number plate GTS 812
