> There is a hole approx 45cm deep on the street berm causing a significant health and safety risk if someone was to inadvetently step into it. This is adjacent to church land (I'm a church Warden) but clearly on council land and only able to be seen since grass berm was mowed. Harewood School children traverse this area to waiting cars.
