> We have watched the truck and they don't even tip the bins or shake them so half the recycling is left this is the 4th time now .it's annoying .it happened a few months back so we watched him empty it and it was done properly .we checked all recycling was lose and should have fallen out if it done properly .we also have a video and truck number if needed .he's just in a hurry and not doing his job correctly
