> Everyday the 3 min parks are full for about 30 mins with no one in the cars. Plenty of others double park, park in bus stops, over hydrants and yellow lines. This is very unsafe with primary school children leaving in mass and sets a bad example. Is there any chance at all of council policing the parking rules? Mark
