> Dear CCC, I am writing again to complain about the steep gradient of the vehicle crossing at 73 ensign st, halswell. Attached are photos showing my Toyota Corolla scraping the surface, even at slow speeds. My flatmate’s Suzuki Swift also frequently scrapes. Please address this matter promptly, as it causes ongoing vehicle damage. thanks
