https://www.chch.live/report/5455911

> Car has been abandoned in this area since June despite being issued several infringement notices. It has no valid registration displayed, is illegally parked over my driveway and prohibits your own staff from being able to empty my rubbish bins. How much longer will it be please before this vehicle is removed?
