> Hello Council person I see on Office Road that there has been some new asphalt laid on the foot path ( small strips each side of Office Road) I wonder if the council checks to see the quality of the contractors work ? The asphalt is crumbly and breaking away into the environment . The composition of the mix is very soft and when humans walk on the surface .Foot prints are left as a reminder of how soft it is.I think there is a problem here,please review the work.??
