> my friend was walking her dog, and a lady came out of 40 country palms drive and then dumped food at garden area (same spot) as we usually find food dumped. my friend was too scared to say anything. I was wondering if someone from council can talk to her, or do we need to? as we are all over this, I've seen other dogs with the same issue they all go to check on food then choke on the bones etc.. this could be a very expensive vet bill
