> Grass very overgrown as well as the edges the pedestrian entrance way is full of weeds needs painting the whole older part of the subdivision is a disgrace the gardens are full of weeds and bushes need a prune or ripped out we pay good money in rates and we look at other area which are kept tidy . The lawn need to be cut lower with a catcher so we don’t have all the brown grass left . The bark around the gardens blows in the gutter then down the drains and on the footpaths. We can meet on site
