> Unsafe Temporary Traffic Management Stadium roadworks have closed off WB cycle lane & through lane on Hereford at Madras and forced all traffic to detour onto Madras. No advance warning that cyclists will be forced into right turn lane with vehicles. No cyclist detour signed, so cyclists directed onto Madras where the next detour directional sign is blocking the narrow shoulder (forcing cyclists into general lane). This occurs AFTER the 30kph TSL ends. TTM contractor: Isaacs
