> Re: Temporary Traffic Management Signs for cyclist detour route to/from Manchester associated with stadium roadworks are not in position, having been knocked over, kicked around, taken down, etc. Some have been left on the footpath creating a trip hazard for pedestrians. These 3 locations have been like this for over 2 weeks, casting doubt on the effectiveness & frequency of site inspections… TTM contractor: Isaacs
