> Attached 2 photos show a heavy big vehicle (owned by Isaac?) had been parked regularly over last couple of months (several evenings and overnight (though not everyday) so far. Is this legal? If so, he shouldn't be parking it overnight before bin collection day as shown in attached photo. He hadn't informed me about the parking either & he doesn't live on our street (O'Connor Pl) according to my neighbour. Is there something you can do about this, as my bin was not emptied. Thanks.
