> Surface flooding again as the gutter does not drain away. We have two pre school age children living here. A grandmother with hip replacement and bad ankle. Along with a great grandmother in her 80s that have to navigate this flooding every time it rains. We live across the road from a pre school who have parents with babies and toddlers trying to deal with this issue. This is not the first notice sent in and nothing has been done or attempted to fix this.
