> Hi, my water toby is full of water/leaking. I can't see the meter to see if it is actually a leak. I have reported previously and been told it's fine? It should not be full of water and I should be able to see the meter. I do not want a huge water bill and if I cannot see the meter easily there is an issue. Is it upside down? Id appreciate an swift response. Thank you. Mhairi
