> The quality of maintenance in this area of Christchurch has degraded. It has been appalling to see overgrown and untended areas in recent months. And, as you can see, the quality of workmanship is also beyond disbelief. One lone long strip of uncut long grass on the bank that has only recently been cut - and prior to that had become a walking hazard. It is a very sad state of affairs. What happened to our beautifully maintained parks and reserves!!??
