> Messy construction site with rubbish spreading from inside the fences to out onto the footpath and street. Perhaps rubbish should be better contained on site to stop it blowing out. I understand this rubbish disposal typically forms part of a Building Consent sediment control plan - so is it CCC’s responsibility to enforce adequate disposal?
