> Hi CCC. The water metre pit/box outside my house, 119 Spalling Road, is full of water. I assume it shouldn’t be like this. Next door, 121 Spalling, has the same issue. I don’t know what, if anything, I should do about this. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Graham Jago
