> Hi team, St Albans Playcentre are next to the plot of empty land - 98 Philpotts road and it is very overgrown with grass and we are all struggling with hay fever on sessions due to the pollen that blows our way. We are also concerned it will be a fire hazard over the next dry months if it is not mowed soon. They have mowed it once over the last year so no one is taking care of this property currently. I Don’t have the details of who owns this property and wondered if you can get that info?
