# Pavement - Damaged, 165 Chester Street East, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 10 December 2024 · report 5531429

> Hi. Recently a team of people dug up the road and the front lawn to install more fibre for the other side of the street. (A) They cut lines in the asphalt footpath (which it seems they didn't need to in the end, as didn't end up removing the asphalt). Do these need to be patched to prevent the asphalt breaking up/water getting under the asphalt? (B) will someone be coming back to sew/lay new grass? Thank you very much All the best, Mark Powney
