> This silver Birch at 463 Durham St North appears very dead, and based on view through the fence, rotten at the base. If it blows over there is a risk of it hitting a pedestrian, parked cars, and power wires. The risk of the latter was reported to Orion which came and trimmed a few branches, but that doesn't remove the wider risk. We have no way of contacting the owners of this rental, so ask the council to do so.
