> The flap valve on a storm water outlet between Pages Road and Wainoni Road on the south side of the river (just off ANZAC Dr) is not functioning. The left side connection has fallen off and the flap cannot close. Believe it is SwValve195. Was dragon boating on the river so did not have my phone to take a photo
