> The redeveloped road/bend underway needs to also provide mobility access and pedestrian access to the wetlands beyond the road expansion. There has already been an issue with an elderly woman on a mobility scooter being attended to by ambulance staff due to confusion and heat exhaustion upon meeting this dead end bend and not having an option to continue. A large community exists in Westmorland/ Hoonhay that require a short/verge-side connecting path from this corner to the wetland
