> Tree trunk was vertically straight. After this weeks wind gusts it is now on a strong lean towards street. It has alot of movement at base. Roots very loose at surface. Wouldn't take much to fall over onto road. Property backs onto primary school with numerous children walking & cycling past daily. Tree between 48 & 50 Tongariro Street.
