> New plants at Avon park haven't been watered and fome are dead and many not far off it if they aren't watered on Monday. Plsmting shouldn't be done in summer anyway but if gonna plant in summer they need water once a week minimum and ideally twice a week. Otherwise its waste of ratepayeds money plants dying and the time and effort of the nursery staff and planting staff
