Saturday evening 17 November around 2000, out for a walk on a lovely evening and had to get past 8-10 drinking, smokers from Horse & Jockey spilling out onto footpath and into Riccarton Clinic carpark. An eyesore for our neighbourhood. Please tighten up the laws. I have had no response since I submitted on 18 November
