> The tree outside 79 Regency Crescent has become a major safety hazzard. Several years of poor pruning/triming by contractors has created several dangerously cantilevered branches. There are also numerous large dead branches in the tree. I am concerned that a large branch will Fall causing damage to vehicles or injuries
