> I received this ticket today for parking for 42 minutes in a 30 min zone while shopping at the Ilam shops. I spent over $300 at a shop which I needed time to try things on. I don’t understand, who are you protecting? The shop owners?understand can’t park there as long as I like but surely if I’m spending good money at a shop, the very person you are protecting their parks for, you could make allowances? I explained this to the man giving me the ticket. It’s just not right.
