> I reported this issue a while ago. Specifically that stormwater drain from the new development wasn't under ground and was visible on the grass berm. It now looks like (it has) the plastic stormwater pipe has broken the concrete curbing clean off the side of the grass berm. So the curbing can just be pulled away and you can see the road underneath. So now there's two problems. The stormwater pipe is still too shallow & the curb has been broken in half where the stormwater pipe drains into road
