> I am working with the property owner to make claim for earthquake damaged sewer and stormwater pipes. While trying to waterblast and video the stormwater I have been unable to clear the stormwater. I have located a blockage to beneath a large silver birch about 2.5m outside the boundary. The kerb outlet has also collapsed.
