> My property has been flooded yet again. The gutter drain is never cleared properly by downers. This is supposed to be on a watch. Is there always problems here does anyone realise it’s at least 1.5 m deep? It is just solid full of shingles.? Also the tarseal berm protecting my property is been ruined by the recent resealing of Rapaki Road by the trucks and needs to be replaced higher and longer the damage being done by the washing through our pathways and is now a two hour cleanup job
