> Water is not clearing away from the cycle lane on Park Terrace at the bus stop. Note this photo was taken before the downpour on 26th Dec, and some time after the previous rain. Looked at the grate on the south side, it was clear so there is some other reason the water could not get away. The grate on the north side may have a sediment catcher in it. So that is a possible contributing factor.
