> Overgrown trees and foliage blocking full access to foot path between approx 857 and 863 Main North Road, Belfast. This blocks over half the footpath impeding access for those in wheelchairs, with prams , those whom suffer visual impairment or people walking animals. Often the berm is also overgrown which means pedestrians are forced to walk on the road as no footpath access is on the opposite side, or ready access across, due to a raised median (island).
