A busy walk way for both locals and tourists. Alymers Valley Road AKAROA walkway wash out following thunder storm on Sunday. This is a continuous problem due to designing fault of gutter where it bends before grate. The gutter needs a barrier to divert water around the bend, after rushing down the hill. At the moment it just over shoots gutter and causes damage shown in photos.
