> Hello Council person my SnapSolve record will show some months ago I reported a water leak. The good news is the water leak was fixed I am so grateful for that. However the contractors have not completed the job and the asphalt is still outstanding to be completed. It would be really good if the workers focused 100% on completing the job. Plus considered the blind man that walks up Papanui Road with his cane ,by them not completing their job has put him at risk?? ?
