> This service cover, or whatever it is, is not fixed adequately and it makes a very annoying sharp noise whenever a car drives over it. About 80% of car who drive down Papanui rd drive right over it, meaning an endless continuum of the sharp noise. I need not mention that this 80% hit rate is not only during the day but also right through the night. It would be great if something can be done to stop this cover from making so much noise.
