> Given the NZTA concerns about unsafe vehicles on the road I feel compelled to refer the car in the photograph to Parking Services. In addition to leaking volumes of oil up and down the street the said vehicle has had no WOF nor registration since May of 2017. It is in use every other day but if a Parking Warden cares to phone to check it is in place on the street I would be happy to check. Misdemeanor fines may get something done to ensure the vehicle is repaired and roadworthy. Geoff Gibbs 021969403
