> This sticker is on the road sign next to what I believe are council/public parks. I assume someone on this street likes to “reserve” them for their cars. Could someone confirm that these are not private parks and if members of the public park here (it is next to a bus stop) we won’t be towed? Also, could this sticker be removed? Thank you
